Urgent!
Please take note that practises during the september holiday is changed from tuesday and thursday to thursday only.
Therefore there will only be one september holiday practise on Thursday 1430 to 1730hours...thankzxs...do spread the message around...

Please Take Note:
- There is practise tomorrow. (07/08/07)
- Any one who misses practise tomorrow will not get to go on stage for AAC (08/08/07)...Unless you informed Ms Seah and she accepted your reason for absence and informed the leaders that you could perform.
- Attire for AAC:-Girls, Full gown, court shoes, fringes up.
-Boys, Full suit without jacket, black leather shoes, short hair.
- Memorise your school song. Test tomorrow.

Urgent!
Please take note:
1) Practise 1420hrs (AAC Rehearsal on Monday, 06/08/07)...if you cannot make it please inform your leaders, including those who need to leave early.
2) Attire for AAC will be re-finalised only by next Monday...look out of announcements posted on notice board!
3) Try not to return your costumes first, there might be a possibility of wearing it for AAC.
4) If you did not come for today's rehearsal, try your very best to make it for Monday's rehearsal. (If not i cannot guarantee whether you can perform :P)
5) Check notice board on Monday to know which classroom to assemble in.
6) Those on MC or have to be excused for previous practises and have not given their letters to the various leaders, do so asap.

OBEY THEM ~
rules
Objectives:
* Cultivate an interest in choral singing,
* Develop a sense of teamwork,
* Develop a sense of belonging to choir,
* Maintain an acceptable attitude of discipline,
* Develop a sense of sportsmanship
Materials:
* ONE black folder (with refillable plastic sheets)
* Pen / pencil
* Water bottle
Rules:
1. Punctuality (15 min grace): late mark in attendance
2. Music Scores (20 cents/page if lost/ forgotten to bring)
3. Attendance
All official rehearsals, including sectionals (with or without instructor's presence) are counted in attendance.
* Absence from choir: - inform Section Leader, produce excuse letter / medical certificate by the next session
* Zero mark for absence, with or without valid reason
* Above 80% attendance per year before awarded CCA points
* 100% attendance of all pre-concert or SYF rehearsals before participation in actual event is allowed
Audition:
New members:
-Under probation and in JUNIOR CHOIR in the first year, will only advance to Senior Choir the following year if performance for the whole year is satisfactory
Sec 1-3's:
- required to obtain 80% or more attendance before being allowed to audition for any performance/ SYF
- required to pass audition before performance allowed
- Sec 4-5's: need not take audition ONLY IF 80% attendance achieved
Money matters:
-Hand-phone (Fine of $5.00 if it rings during practice),
double payment for Committee member
-Choir fund
